Limitless pairs ambitious mentees with seasoned mentors who provide guidance, inspiration, and invaluable industry insights.

  • For Mentees: Unlock personalised support and advice from experienced professionals.

  • For Mentors: Shape the future of finance while gaining fresh perspectives and inspiration from emerging talent.

This program is a proven catalyst for personal and professional growth, benefiting both mentors and mentees alike.

Expected time commitment:

Limitless will run from February to October in 2025. Participants are expected to commit to a minimum of 4 mentoring sessions (each lasting 1.5–2 hours) over the nine-month program. These sessions will serve as key touchpoints for goal-setting, skill development, and professional growth.

Additionally, participants are encouraged to attend monthly opt-in events, which may include networking sessions, “Lunch and Learn” events with industry experts, and other collaborative activities. These events are designed to enhance the mentoring experience by offering opportunities to expand knowledge, engage with industry leaders, and strengthen professional connections.

Mentee cost: $350+GST per mentee

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Confidentiality is essential to enable the participants to be open and ensure the kind of genuine relationship necessary for success. Confidentiality ground rules are that nothing can be discussed outside the relationship without the other party’s agreement (aside from legal obligations).

  • The role of the mentor is voluntary however by mentors showcasing and sharing their experience, mentors will find this an invaluable experience – which will provide many unexpected gains personally and professionally.

  • As one of the keys to the success will be the matching of mentees with the “right” mentor, you may not be asked to mentor until the right mentee match enters the program.

  • The Program Manager will check your availability with you before matches are finalised.

  • It is not always possible due to the requirements of the mentee and the specific expertise of the relevant mentor. Options for mentoring are face to face, online or a hybrid version with a combination of online and face to face.

  • There will be a formal introduction, which will be followed by an initial meeting with your mentee. The formal conclusion of the relationship will be by 30 June 2024. Informal extension of the relationship is up to both the mentee and mentor.

  • If a mentor or mentee wishes to end the relationship prior to the formal conclusion of the program, the Program Manager will seek feedback to assist in possible reassignment and improvements in the program for future cohorts.

  • While coaching and mentoring share a range of techniques, mentoring provides career guidance and longer-term support, as opposed to the relatively short-term and performance-related purpose of coaching. They are synergistic and complementary.

  • Mentoring is not intended to replace the role of the manager. Whilst the manager is responsible for setting work goals and ensuring they are achieved, the mentor focuses on overall career development support.
