Policy Engagement
Yesterday, ASFI and the Sustainable Finance Hub at Melbourne University’s Melbourne Climate Futures hosted members for a lunch and learn webinar on climate change-related liability risks. Panellists explored recent research from the Sustainable Finance Hub at University of Oxford, and practical examples of how investors and regulators are starting to respond to this emerging area of climate-related financial risk.
This month we were also pleased to host events with Climate Bonds Initiative CEO, Sean Kidney, to explore international developments in sustainable finance, including taxonomies and green bonds standards. Thank you to Sean for sharing his insights with us.
