ASFI Newsletter – January
As we step into the new year, the ASFI team is energised to build on the progress we achieved together with our members and partners throughout 2024.
In recent years, Australia has moved rapidly from ‘laggard’ to ‘early follower’ – and, in some areas, ‘leader’ – on sustainable finance. ASFI will soon release the Australian Sustainable Finance Action Plan 2025-27, outlining priority actions over the next three years to further support the growth and credibility of sustainable finance in Australia. It builds upon, and uses as its north star, the Australian Sustainable Finance Roadmap, which was developed in 2020. Stay tuned over the next month for more details – we’re excited to share more with you soon!

First Nations and Finance
In 2025, ASFI will continue our work elevating First Nations voices and perspectives in sustainable finance.
