Driven by the pursuit of limitless impact, our mentor program for sustainable finance professionals is a new approach to mentoring - developing the capability the sector needs to drive the impact the world needs.

Connecting Sustainable Finance professionals through Limitless, ASFI’s mentor program

ASFI’s mentor program will match mentees with experienced mentors willing to support the development of the next wave of change makers in the finance sector. The program will help participants develop new skills and knowledge, build professional networks and increase their influence for change and ambition on sustainability within their professional and personal spheres.

A mentoring relationship is a powerful development experience that will deliver professional and personal benefits for both the mentor and mentee. The transformative experience inspires professional and personal development for both participants.

Limitless will connect experienced professionals with mid-career talent via a digital tailored program, with a hybrid in person and online experience that provides accessibility and opportunity regardless of location, encouraging a breadth of diversity in participants.

Through a comprehensive matching process, and ongoing support for all participants to get the most from the program, ASFI’s mentor program will support professionals by sharing experiences, skills and knowledge.

ASFI’s inaugural mentor program has generously been sponsored by CEFC.
